So basically you mean you've added the widget to your form and set it up but it isn't showing up on your form, correct?
I've tested this in a new test on my end including looking at your form and it seems to be working normally as far as I know.
Can you try checking it again now on your end and let us know if this problem persists?
Got it working but can’t seem to get any signature to process through when we try to test it.

I have tested the DocuSign widget and see that it is working properly. It seems that there is an issue with the configuration on your JotForm. Could you try removing the DocuSign widget from the form and add it again to see if that works?
