As far as the expense report form, we need to have the matrix calculate how the attached excel sheet performs.

Hello, although the sheet you provided on your screenshot may look straight forward, we still need you to better explain to us what you want to happen with your calculations.
Like, how will the calculations be done, how do you compute for each cell/row/column, and so on.
