I forgot my username and password, and I tried to reset the password, but have not seen an email come through with instructions.

I checked our email logs for the address in your account and the reset emails have indeed been failing. It looks like your address was rejecting the emails as spam. When enough were rejected, it resulted in your address being placed on our bounce list to prevent further rejected emails.
I removed your address from the list and sent the reset email once again. It looks to have gone through this time. Check your inbox to see if it has.
