How can I send an email based on an input selected?

Hi guys. One question.

Can I make just one form but a way to know who's going to receive it?

Let me explain a little bit more.

I need one form but this form should be submitted to one place or the other.

I have 9 branch offices and in the form I will ask wich one do you need to contact so the form must send the message to that office's mail and just that very one mail.

Let me know if that's possible.
