I am testing my form but I cannot pay and everything seems fine with paypal.
I attach the screnshot with the message I receive.

I did test your form and I am able to replicate the issue you are having. The error message says that "You are not signed up to accept payment for digitally delivered goods.".
It seems when you signed up for PayPal account, you have not enabled "Digital Goods transactions". You must enable Digital Goods on your account.
For now, I would suggest you to please digital goods option from your PayPal payment tool and that should solve your problem. Please check the screenshot below:
