Yesterday all my forms were disable, then I sent you a message asking why and what could I do to make it work, and today they were working again. But now, when I created a new one which is a copy of the one I made yesterday, but with a diferent design all my forms became desabled again. Once again I ask: What did I do and what can I do to make then work again? Thanks.

I realised I made the same mistake as yesterday. I've changed it now. Is it ok in this way? Thanks.

I checked your form and they don't seem to violate the Jotform terms. With that in mind, I have now re-activated your account. You should be able to use your forms successfully.
To avoid getting auto-suspended again, please avoid collecting login credentials (username or password) and other sensitive information on your forms.
