PayPal quantity field: Adding spinner option for choosing quantity

May you guys already have it, but i was wondering - In the paypal wizard, you can select "Quanity" and then either DropDown or Text Box, but wouldnt it be better (and id really love this...) but to put a "Spinner" option instead of dropdown box? That would look waaay better and surely really easy to implement? 

Perhaps there is a CSS way to do it?
