Upload PDF to form

Hello, I just signed up for JotForm.

I am trying to Upload a PDF to use to send to my Clients...I do not see this option. Please help. Thank you.

I am not sure if I understand your query correctly. Do you mean to display a PDF on your form or provide a link to the PDF to be downloaded by your clients? If you want to display a PDF on your form, you may consider using PDF Embedder widget on the form. If you want to place a link to download a PDF file, you may upload the PDF file to your hosting service or any other and provide the link using a Text field. Please see the screencast below:
