Bump this - same problems here. I don't know if these issues are with the EU server, as I am on that also. V frustrating, if a customer or prospective one is getting this error, customer gone or fed up!? We use for students coursework which is getting lost.

We had a temporary server issue that affected EU users. This should now be fully fixed and form should no longer be giving this error. If they continue to do so, let us know and we will be happy to have another look.
