    Would like to upgrade to Bronze.  Fig Tree Foundation is a non-profit organization, based in Calgary Canada.

    You have to submit your non-profit application on this link: https://www.jotform.com/nonprofit/pricing/. 

    Upon submitting your application, allow us up to 24 hrs for the approval. Once you get approved, you should get an email like this:
