Allowing users to see the submissions

Is there a way when i receive the email with the form that I can link a url at the bottom that would open the link to a spreadsheet and/or csv file with all the information that was captured?

You can share the form submissions page and make it public. After that, they can just download the submissions in an Excel or CSV format. Here's a guide: How-to-Share-Forms-Submissions-Page.

You can also create a Grid Listing Report or HTML Table Listing Report and then share its URL. Please refer to these guides:
