Form gets stuck at please wait

I just made a new form and embedded it into my website, but when I got to fill out the form, I just get Please wait after hitting Submit. The form never actually submits. Please help!

I've made a test on your form on your webpage. Unfortunately, I was not able to replicate the issue and I was greeted by a Thank you page. If the problem persists, please try clearing your browser's cache and then make another test submission. However, if the problem persists, please let us know.
