Not all of my forms are active and available

    I have 51 forms, but I'm on the Bronze Package. 

    I just noticed that it's only 25 forms that are associated with that. What is happening with my other 26 forms? Are they not working or what's the deal here?

    Hi Meg,

    We recently have updated our form feature with regards to number of active forms an account can have. You can check for more details in the JotForm Pricing page.

    As you can see on your Bronze account, the number of active forms that can be active at any given time is 25.

    If you need to increase the number of active forms on your account, you will need to upgrade to the higher plan.

    BUT just to be clear, even when your forms were not active it doesn't mean they are not available. They are. 

    If you want to make a different form active, just disable an active form to reduce the max number of active forms you currently are using, and then, simply activate/use another form.
