how to update a completed registrationAsked by currincompliance on October 03, 2016 at 04:11 PM
I'm using JotForm for conference registrations. When I first published the form, I didn't notice I was missing the "business name" field until after several people had already registered. I edited the form, added the field and all is well now...except when I download my attendee report, those first several people have a blank business name field.
Can I edit their registration form inside JotForm without causing a duplicate registration? It's a pain in the butt having to edit the spreadsheet every time I download a report.
Thanks so much!
Yes, you can edit the submissions you have received on your form. This guide will provide the steps on how you can do it: https://www.jotform.com/help/325-How-to-Edit-Submissions-Made-on-Your-Forms
