Update form submission with old data

Hello, I want to update a field in a form submission but one of the fields (the price) has changed. As change only one field without changing the price and retaining the old? (See screenshots).

I want to change a data while retaining the old price. I can do it?

I see that your payment options are created as regular fields, so I'm not sure how do you process your payments?

For processing payments, I would advise you to use one of our Payment methods. 

Regarding your fields, you can simply delete other two options and keep only one:
