A customer just emailed me that eh tried to submit my form, and when he clicked submit it said that his gmail email address was invalid and would not submit the form. I have email verification on and I use the email field as the unique question to avoid multiple submissions. However, I checked and we have not received a form prior with that email address. Can you please check into this as to why it would say a gmail email address is invalid? It is valid. I've corresponded with him through it. https://form.jotform.com/61527901988972Page URL:

I checked your Form, and I am not able to see any issue in your form.
I also tried to make a test submission on your form, with gmail email address, and I am able to successfully submit the Form:
I would suggest you, to ask your customer to clear Browser's Cache, or try in another browser.
