Prepopulate my JotForm for my customers with their unique information

    Hi,

I am having trouble figuring out a way to prepopulate my JotForm. Many of the threads on this matter are either out of date (and therefore the links and pictures do not load) or are not exactly what I am looking for. (I also do not have any coding experience.)

I have over a hundred clients and I would like to update their contact information in my Salesforce database. For their convenience, I would like to send each customer a pre-filled form with their unique information so that they can simply make changes, rather than filling out the entire form again.

How can I ask JotForm to prepopulate my forms with the unique information of each of my clients and (I presume) send them each their unique corresponding url.

The information I would like to pre-fill my form with is in SalesForce but I can easily convert it into an Excel Spreadsheet or Google sheet.

    Please advise.

It is possible to pre-populate your forms via URL parameters, here is our guide on how to do so:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/71-Prepopulating-fields-to-your-JotForm-via-URL-parameters

We also have an application that will create the URL for you:

    http://prepopulate.jotform.io/

Though, you would need to enter the information for each client into the form within the app in order to create the URL.
