I just finished creating my form and tryied to look at the preview but is not working.
What can be wrong ?
I'm also having trouble adding paypal option for payments.

To be able to pass the form thru the Phishing detector you need to remove the 'password' field you have on the form.
Then we can reactivate your form and account after you have complied on this.
