we are not receiving emails from jotform to email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org
We have added other email addresses to the recipient, and they are working.
We have checked all spam and clutter folders, and logged into 365 exchange admin, and there has been no emails recevied from Jotform, even prior to filtering etc.
The form is the ASBIR form.
any help would be appreciated.

Your specified mail addresses were blocked by the system. I resolved the issue. Please control the situation and if you have problems still, contact us again.

I've asked my colleague and told me that you just need to make further observations with your email addresses to see if it's already working properly and if you will still encounter any issues, please feel free to contact us again.
