Why am I out of space?

I am supposed to have 100mb with the free account and am using google drive to store photos. Are you counting the uploads to another provider as part of my upload space? 

I checked your account and it is no where near any of its limits.  Only files stored in your JotForm account are counted towards your storage total.  If a submission is removed that has a file attached, the file will no longer take up space in your account.

If your account still shows over limit at this time, let us know and we will be happy to have another look.  As far as I can tell though, you are well within your current limits.
