Can my users access jotforms on a cell phone or hand held device (iPad, etc.)?

We will have doctors using jotforms for a clinical trial to track patient information.  Is there a jotform app that can be used in Europe and New Zealand?  Or can it work on a hand held device on a browser?

    Thank you!

Hello Audrey, if you're asking from the users' (form respondents) perspective, then yes, the form should load on any mobile browser. They won't need an app to view your forms.

In some rare occasions, forms may look or behave differently on mobile but that's what we're here for :)

We can help you fix your form to be mobile-friendly should the need arises. To get started, try building your first form then view it on a mobile/tablet to see how well it behaves.

We also have a short guide on How-to-make-forms-mobile-responsive in case you need some guidelines.

However, if you're asking as the form owner, then we have apps for both Android and iOS that you can use to view Form Submissions while on the go: https://apps.jotform.com/platform/mobile_app
