i would like to select or type a predifined name from the company name field

then it would automatically place predifined text in the autocomplete address field for me to select

i cannot use a manual address option as the auto complete address will be needed for new some entries

i don think this would work for me

i need it to generate a predefined address based on the name selected in company name

if i type in "tesco" i want it to then add the following line to the address field "Tesco House, Shire Park, Kestrel Way"

i understand i would need to add all these answers manually in advance, but i didnt want to add a new hidden field for every company

What is more, our application http://prepopulate.jotform.io/ should be helpful for what you ask here.
