Submissions not showing more than 6 months

Hi!  I'm looking for submission results that are probably 10-12 months old, but when I search it isn't pulling data from more than 6 months or so.  The CSV exports have failed - is there another way to access archived records?  Thank you!

Since your account was upgraded after introducing the total storage limit of 500 submissions on free accounts, the submissions are not being displayed in your account. However, I have now restored the submissions for your account. It should be displaying all the submissions in your account. Please check and let us know if you need any further assistance.
