notification of receipt by e-mail is incomplete

    When I receive notifications met in my email, is incomplete.

    also added receiving a PDF attachment, which comes complete.

    I want to receive the email with all data filled without the need to be checking if what came in the mail is the same as that in pdf.

    why this happens. what can I do to solve.

    We are sorry for the issue you have been experiencing. 

    Please be sure that you had added each field and their related ID's correctly to the e-mail part on the notification. Following example would explain you better what I meant.  I cloned your form and deleted " telephone" field on e-mail part.

    Here is the differences between data on notification e-mail and PDF attachment. As you can see here, it was not on the e-mail but was in PDF.

    In fact, you have many fields and they are in a different language. So, please check it on your side if you missed adding any field. 

    However, If everything was how it should be, please try to remove notification and set it again. 

    If none of them does not works, please let us know. We will try to find another way.
