Why is my form not allowing submissions?

Why is my form not allowing people to submit forms?

I am working on this issue, I will turn back as soon as possible.

In the mean time you could try making my products area as required and test the form again.

Ok here is the issue:

You have selected my products as required in its properties:

So if this is required, the submitter must enter credit card details. Please enable it to test your form. I have cloned and tested and could submit your form. 

Also you need to have a require/unrequire condition to be applied to my products section when the user selects to pay online.
