Is there an easy way of adding or accessing a hidden unique identifier to each form submission that I can easily filter through as an "Order No"?

    Hello,

For adding fields and to set them as hidden, you can add a regular text box in your form, and then click on the properties dropdown and then select Hide Field.

The form submissions whether they are hidden or not, are accessible and viewable on the grid of the submissions on the submissions page.

You can check this guide to know how to go to the submissions page of your form: http://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-view-Submissions

If I'm misunderstanding your concern, please let us know.

    Thanks.
