Why am I not able to make a selection from my radio buttons?

I have set radio buttons that have values associated with them and conditions when they are selected.  When I go into the preview form, I am not able to make a selection from the radio buttons.

I checked your radio button field and I see that is marked as 'read-only':

If you switch it off it will be selectable. And you can do that by going to Advanced options of radio button field:
