Email Notifications: Why email notification is not being sent to all recipients?

    We have submitted forms that are only going to the first email in the recipient list instead of all three listed.  Can you please tell me how to fix this issue?

    I have checked your form and I can see you're sending the email based on a condition in this condition you have specified one email recipient only, please do note that when you send an email with conditions it will be send only when the condition is met and it will be send to the email addresses set up in the condition only, so you need to add the other recipients in the condition too.

    Also, I can see you have some errors because of missing fields in all of your conditions, please do note that this may generate conflict between your conditions and they may not work as expected, please fix these errors:
