Unable to see form in my account.

Hello, i had the same issue as above, and tried your fix and created an account for that email address but the form did not get transferred there.

I did check your account and found that form "Artist Exhibition Form" is there in your account. Please check the screenshot below:

I would suggest you to please sign out from your account and sign in again with your username "asknikki".
