Sub-user is unable to receive notifications on mobile applicaiton.

    hi, please help me, the notifications in app on sub-user , not received, and fail the app.

    please help to solve this fail, i interested in pay other plan , but need solve this, i want notifications in app on my sub-users.

    If you don't add sub-users' email to "Recipient Emails" part on Notification Setting, your sub-users cannot get submission notifications. 

    However, when I checked your form Notification Setting, sub-user email address has already added to Recipient Emails. Furthermore, I checked your email history and your sub-user received only last two notifications but did not receive notifications earlier than these. 

    Could you please provide us some more details? Didn't you get Notification Email on only JotForm Mobile Application or both your email inbox and mobile application?

    hi, only not received alerts or notifications in mobile app, the e-mail its ok :)

    Thank you for the clarification. I see that your sub-user is receiving the emails successfully, but they do not get notified on their Jotform app when there is a new submission. May I ask what mobile device are they using to view the app? Please ask your sub-user to uninstall the jotform app and then install it again to make sure they are using the updated version.
