Why have details on my submissions disappeared?

    Yesterday I checked on my jotform and everything worked perfectly: I could see names, email address etc. on every submitter.

    Today the details have disappeared, and I can only see at what time people have submitted.

    Can you help me with that?

    I have checked your account. I see that you are a sub user. Your admin account has transferred your form data into EU servers. You need to transfer your data to Europe. This could be done in profile settings or follow this link:

    After transferring your data into EU servers if your problem continues, please contact us again.
