    HI

I want to use the same cloned form on two pages (mobile version & desktop version) of my website, I have cloned the form, renamed it, put in two separate folders, even though doing of this I am not able to have both to appear, I either get one but not the other, can you explain what I am doing wrong?

    Regards

    Barry

First off, please do note that our forms are already responsive so you do not need to use two different forms in order to have one for desktop and the other form mobile.

However, if you require to have two different forms in the same webpage you will need to embed both, if you embed either the original or the cloned form you will not have both forms, you will have the only one you embedded.

I can see you have currently embedded this form only: http://www.jotformeu.com/form/62725313233347

And this is the cloned version http://www.jotformeu.com/form/62886065734365 which does not show in the webpage.

I have also checked your webpage in a mobile device resolution and I can see the form disappears; however, there seems to be some code that hides some elements in the webpage and it seems to be showing other elements, could you please temporary remove this functionality?

Please try using one form only, this way you will avoid any inconveniences in your embedded forms.

    Hi Kevin

thanks for your reply, however when you veiwed my website I had taken off the cloned form as I need it to still have some functionality while I am building it. Maybe if I tried to explain a little more.............my website has been built using Xara 365, to enable me to have a website which is somewhere near responsive to the end user I have to build two pages (one for mobile & one for desktop) I need to enter the same type of form on both of these pages and this is where the cloned gets used. once the website is published online one form cancels the other form out they never appear as two of the same type even though I have renamed one of them, does that help?
