Why was my subscription cancelled?

    I received the following email:


    This email is to confirm the cancellation of your subscription for JotForm

    The following reason was given:
    No reason available, canceled by the vendor of this product.

    Please note that this cancellation simply means that you will NOT be billed any longer for this product, it does NOT mean we have issued a refund.

    If you did not intend to have this subscription cancelled, please contact support@bluesnap.com.

    Obviously, since you cancelled the subscription I had to remove the form.

    I emailed a week ago to find out why the subscription was cancelled and how to reinstate it.

    Why was the subscription cancelled and how can I restart it?

    Apparently, if I make this a public ticket I will get a quick response, according to this form.

    I also cannot find a reason for the cancellation but most probably an issue with your card on file. You've posted the below thread 5 days ago and my colleague gave you a link to re-upgrade  to the Premium Yearly plan. Please check and use the given link.
