Form's submission page shows blank submission.

    Hi,

    Among other things, we use Jot Form to collect exam enrollments. 

    As you can see from the attached screen shot, according to the back end we received 8 empty submissions. As several of the fields the client fills in are obligatory they shouldn't be there.

    Can you please tell me what could be causing this?

    Hello Paul,

    Please ensure that you have logged in to your JotForm account using EU domain:  https://eu.jotform.com 

    I would also suggest you please check the "Europe Datacenter" under "Data" tab of your account page. Please check the screenshot below:
