what does 100 monthly submissions mean? Will the 101 submission not go thru, or will we be charge per submission there after? What if 100 submissions have come through and we delete a few due to errors, can those be replaced until 100 is reached?

If you are on the Free Plan and you go over the given 100 Submissions Limit then your forms would become disabled until you either waited for the free plan to reset on the first of each month or by upgrading your account plan to Bronze or higher depending on your needs.
Please note that once you get close to your limit a notice would be sent out to you ahead of time to serve as a warning that you are about to hit your plan limitation. You can compare the different plans and their limits per each plan level here:

Deleting submissions will not reduce the total received for the month. It will reduce the total stored submissions, however, we limit the number that can be received per calendar month. The monthly reset occurs on the first day of each month for all users.
