Problem with show/hide conditions on my JotForm

I'm trying to set up conditions on my form. If "Yes" or "no" is a condition, I can't get the bottom of the form with a signature and the submit button to appear.

I see that the conditions set on your JotForm for the field "This dancer will be accompanied by parents or other family members" which seems to be working fine. Were you able to fix the issue with the conditions? If you are referring to a different field, please provide us with more information on the condition that you want to set. We will be happy to assist you.

I kept working on it and I think I have it fixed. I originally had a form collapse before and after the medical release section, and that must have been the problem. I removed the form collapse, and re-did the conditions and it is now showing what I need.
