It looks like the data is being stored in the EU servers in which the data can be accessed by logging into http://eu.jotform.com. Since some of the submissions are in US servers and the recent submissions are in EU servers, the data is not displaying correctly. I have moved the forms to EU servers by opting Europe Datacenter in your account data settings.
The data is being displayed correctly now. If you want you may opt out from the Europe datacenter so that the forms will be moved to US datacenters.
