I have been using JotForm for about one year. I want to confirm that I'm receiving my full non-profit discount. The plan I'm currently enrolled in is $19/month ($228 annually). I was just billed $159. If I'm receiving the non-profit 50% discount, shouldn't I have been billed $114?
Can you please tell us what is the account/username that was approved with the non-profit discount?
I checked your account/username gcchapel but I could not find its application or the confirmation of its non-profit discount at this time.

The user name is gcchapel. I'm the one who set us up with JotForm a year ago, and I couldn't remember if we had applied for the nonprofit discount, or if you had even offered it then.
I work for a church, we have non-profit status from the federal government. I just found your online application for the discount, and it requires a copy of a 990. However, according to our IRS letter granting our non-profit status, we are not required to have a 990. Can you use the IRS letter instead of the 990?
Also, I was wondering why I was invoiced $159, when the price listed for the Bronze plan is $19/mo ($228 annually).
The non-profit discount is offered just a few months ago and there is no application coming from your account. Any proof of the non-profit status will do, the IRS letter will surely do. You are subscribed to our Bronze Yearly plan which is $159 USD per year only. It's not calculated by monthly price.

Upon submitting your application, allow us up to 24 hrs for the approval. Once you get approved, you should get an email like this:
