Non Profit Rate

I am a fan!  Your product has been so useful, easily deployed and stable!  I look forward to renewing our plan in December.  

I noted that there is an offer of 50% off for non-profits and we qualify.  How might I get that rate with my renewal

To apply for the nonprofit discount, just go to this page https://www.jotform.com/nonprofit/pricing/ 

Ensure you will fill out the form at the bottom of that page, upload a copy of your organization's 990 form, and submit your application.

Once submitted, it will be reviewed by our team and upon approval, you'll get instructions via email on how to avail the discount.
