I think I have made a payment to the wrong account we are switching accounts right now.
The account was chrismarr101 and I have taken over this client but think I made payment to old account.
Can you cancel for me?

I see that the account chrismarr101 is upgraded to Bronze using PayPal payment method. Also, I notice that the account is due to renewal on Oct 28, 2016 and there are no recent payments made for this account. We request you to check with the account username and let us know the date of payment so that we can investigate the issue further.
