URGENT! My account has been suspended

My account has been suspended due to possible phishing. This is false information and I need my forms back up and running immediately! I have never had this issue before with your platform. Please verify that this issue can be fixed right away so that my 50 plus forms I have with your platform can go back live immediately!!!
