Customers are getting an error message when trying to use the Vendor Tables form it is not proceeding to PayPal

Hi,
I have cloned your form and managed to load the PayPal checkout page successfully. I have also ran a test submission on your actual form with the hyperlink on your website. I had no problem this time as well.
Could you please provide the screenshots of the error message that your customers are getting? I have not encountered any issue and if I can see a screenshot I can investigate the issue further. We will be waiting for your response.
