Why my jotform is not working on my website?

I recreated a registration page on my website via jotform and when I click the submit button tells me to please wait and then a box comes up and tells me to contact the jotform creator.

As I tried to submit your JotForm using the direct link, I see that form is redirecting to PayPal without any issue. However, when I submit the form embedded on your web page it seems that there is an issue and it opened the PayPal in a new window. 

Could you try embedding the form using the direct link instead of iframe embed code on your web page?
