    Hi,

I integrated jotform form with salesforce where form has attachment.  After submission, it created a record in salesforce, and an URL link to down load the attachment. Take this link for an example https://www.jotform.us/uploads/MinhNhan/62951078631156/352927971401889249/Chap004.doc   This link is public and anyone can download the file if they see the link.  How can i stop this?

    Thanks,

    Quang

The URL is safe, it should be hard to guess per the URL (which includes your username, the form ID, and the submission ID). Just make sure not to share it to public places like forums. Do not email the link, make it as an attachment instead. If you want, you can download your form submissions and delete them from your form.
