Why are my forms not loading?

form.jotform.com’s server DNS address could not be found.

I had to flush my DNS cache.

What causes this. I do not want this to happen to my customers trying to reach me!!!!!

This may have occurred due to the recent Dyn DDoS attack causing a lot of websites routing of IP addresses to fail. This recent attack on Dyn also affected Twitter, Reddit, and Spotify.
