How to update the years in the birthdate picker

On our volunteer application form, we have fields where a person can indicate their availability. The period of time in which they are available to volunteer. But on the form the years that appear in the drop down are all from the past, not the future. Can you advise me how to replace this with a more appropriate date dropdown?

You are using a Birth Date Picker field that's why by default, it is showing past years because there's no human being born ahead on the current year. :)

Anyway, to change it

1. Click the Birth Date Picker field

2. On the top toolbar, you'll see Year From and Year To option. That's where you change them.

Example: From 2016 To 2020
