I have recently put out a survey for my residents to participate on and when they do, they receive 12+ blank emails after responding. Why is this? THIS NEEDS TO STOP!Page URL:

I've tested your form couple times and I could not reproduce the issue you had. I did not receive any blank email. Please find the email screenshots below:
Also, I've checked your email addresses of your form. I could not see any issue.
