We are hoping to set up a workflow type setup with some of our forms. Currently, not everyone who would need to approve the form has a jotform membership, and we would hope that they wouldn't need to subscribe to one. Can this be achieved? Thank you.
If you mean to have a workflow where your colleagues, that are in the approval process, will receive the email and approve in that way by submitting it back, then they don't have to have JotForm membership. If you, on the other hand, had something else in mind, please give us more details and we'll be glad to assist you.
