Unable to use 5 forms

    Hello,

    I accidentally disabled one of our 5 forms, but now JotForm will not let me reenable.  It is saying that we have used 5/5 of our forms, but only 4 are currently active.  Could you please help me with this glitch?

    I checked your forms and they all look to be enabled at this time.  If one is still showing as disabled on your end, let us know and we will be happy to have another look.
