Why am I not receiving copies of my forms?

    When I test my form, I am not receiving copies.  I've added 2 addresses and it's not going to either.  I've checked with our administrator to ensure .jotform.com has been white listed.

    In order to solve your issue, we have to understand that what do you mean by "copy"?

    Do you mean "submission"? Or, Do you mean "notification email"?

    Could you please explain us? If you are able to attach screenshots to explain, it would be much better.
